The state of the apartment

As important as the location is the state in which the apartment is located, both the common areas and the house itself. Check in the photographs that the descriptions correspond, as far as possible, with reality. The meters that the house has, the number of rooms and bathrooms as well as the total capacity or the existence of other rooms, such as terraces, are details that you have to look at with a magnifying glass before opting for one.

The same happens with the equipment of the house. When we go on vacation we take the suitcase so full of things that sometimes we do without some because we assume that there will be in the apartment as it may be the case of towels or sheets. You always have to make sure.

But if there is one part of the house that should be fully equipped, it is the kitchen . Cutlery, glasses and enough cups for all the people that will be in the house, a wide kitchen battery that has, as minimum, the indispensable thing to be able to cook. As for the appliances, it is essential that there are those that have a high probability of being used: refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and air conditioning or heating.

Before renting, it is very important that you make sure that the apartment has everything you need to be as comfortable as at home. And it is that, to arrive at the house and to verify that there are no pans, that the thermos does not work at all well or that there are not enough towels can do that you do not begin the vacations as well as you expected.
